Been taking ZMA for years, love it. This is a good one because the boron can bond and flush out estrogen. Just be mindful you can deplete copper when taking it for long periods of time without fortified cereal or certain foods.

Didn’t Work At All
This product didn’t work at all. If anything, I felt like it prevented sleep. I would toss and turn for about 6 hours after taking this. I had used other ZMA products before trying this one, but wanted to see if the Boron would have a positive impact on me. Well, it did not.
