Very impressed
I was pretty impressed with this pad before I even used it. Then I took it out for a short, three night trip and I am as impressed as ever. Here's my story:I love camping and backpacking but I'm a pretty frugal guy so I don't usually buy the latest and greatest. My backpack is from when I was a teenager (20 years ago), my hiking boots are from a thrift store, and I have used an old, foam, 1/2 inch sleeping pad for years. It works well enough, but I usually have to strap it to the outside of my bag with bungee cords because it doesn't fit inside. My wife doesn't usually come along and it's never really bothered me so I didn't see the need to spend any extra money on anything different. Sometimes she will come with me though and when we decided to go on our latest one, I decided she would be more comfortable with a nicer pad. I looked at a lot and went with this one because of the price, thickness, weight, and size when compressed down. I figured she could use it on this trip (while I could still use the old foam one) but then I would be able to use it on my future backpacking trips. When I told her how much it was, she was skeptical (she's kind of frugal like me), but when it arrived we did a side by side comparison. Let me tell you, there was no comparison. This one was by far the better pad and it proved to be even more so during our trip. See, we got rained on... a lot. Two to three inches of standing water in the tent, on top of y sleeping bag, is a whole differentstory. We tried to dry the sleeping bag and tent and didn't even worry about the pads. When it came time to sleep, I realized my mistake with my pad, but this one was perfectly dry. We didn't sleep as comfortably that night, but that's what happens with wet sleeping bags.Anyway, a couple other things you should know. It was easy to inflate because of the valve system, but it is definitely much closer to the ten breaths than five. It may have actually been 15, but I have a slight case of asthma so maybe that's on me. Packed, it is about the same size as a pair of my wool socks so it's going to be much easier to take along. It also easily fits back in the bag it came in so you don't have to worry about spending an extra 20 minutes trying to break camp. If I can think of anything else, I'll add it here later, but I am very happy with my purchase.

Small and mighty!
All my camping equipment until quite recently has been handed down from my parents and I’m pretty sure is much older than I am so you can imagine my surprise buying my very own camping pad that isn’t 30 years old! These Chillax camping pads fold SO small and are deceivingly thick when you blow them up. My back is super cranky and it’s not practical bringing a queen size double tall mattress with me everywhere I go but this has been a wonderful compromise. Durable, comfortable, easy to inflate, and best of all SO compact. I’m only 5’ tall so finding something I fit on is not hard to do, but for my 6’ 3” husband that’s a different story. He loves it too because he’s not hanging off the sides or bottom. He says he’s found his new Rubicon sleeping pad. I have loved every single piece of Chillax gear I have purchased and this is no different.

Can't beat this pad without spending at least 3x to 5x more
Just received this pad, and inflated it, then tested on my tile floor. I tried laying flat on it as well as on my side. at 245lbs i could not feel the floor in either position. It weighed in at exactly 14.5 oz. I rolled it up and was able to squeeze it down even smaller than it arrived.I was looking at other brands, and the one I really wanted was a slightly smaller pad, with a .4 higher R value....and it was $200 and weighed 1.5 oz more. This pad is an amazing deal and I will recommend it to anyone. The only thing i can see killing it is if it punctures too easily...

A great product for the price
The afternoon it arrived, I thought a mistake had been made and they had shipped the wrong part... The UPS man handed be a shipping envelope , that felt like a bag of cotton balls...Then I opened it and saw it was actually the sleeping pad I had ordered , my next thought was that it was way too small and light so it must be a tiny child size mat...but I was wrong.....After blowing it up " about 8 breath's " It was plenty long enough and provides a soft barrier between you and the ground. It also has a 2nd valve that lets you deflate it in about 30 seconds... and it comes with a small bag to store it in...all in all a great product for the price...I plan on purchasing another for my wife...

Very light for backpacking! Easy to inflate and deflate!
I purchased these camping pads for my kids who want to start backpacking this summer. I purchased one in blue and one in green. I am very excited to use them! They roll up very small and are very light which will be perfect! They have two valves making them easy to blow up in moments and easy to deflate in seconds! The inflated shape of the pad is very comfortable!

Incredibly light and comfortable
Awesome product. Inflates with a few breaths <10. Rolled on my side and my hip doesn't touch the ground. Little bubbles/air pockets allow air to pass under you and prevents sweating. Air pockets also slow the passage of air from one side to the other when you roll over, so the mat seems more stable than a typical air mattress. Packs into a tiny stuff sack. Great for backpacking. Has a double plug, so when deflating you open a second valve that allows the air to escape almost instantly.

Super light, easy to inflate, and comfortable.
I was very surprised. Considering it's size and weight it is very comfortable. I was able to inflate it with about 12 breaths and the valves work really well. Air does not come back out unless you release the second valve. It also deflates in two seconds, and rolls up quickly. The only drawback is I am not a small person ( 6 ft tall) so it is just large enough for me to fit comfortably. This will be great for backpacking. It is super light/packable, easy to inflate/deflate, and comfortable.
