Had a serious rose infestation on 50 Knockout rose bushes. They were loaded with Aphids, rose slugs, and numerous other rose devouring pests which were destroying all my plants in the landscaping..Did all I could; sprays , hand washing you name it and what a nightmare as I watched all the roses drying up and drying because of all the attempts to save them..Researched and decided to do a soil soak with Neem Oil and Castile soap mix..mixed up several gallons and went around all the Knockouts and other shrubs with around 2 cups on each shrub of the mix..I cannot believe after a few weeks and 3 dousings there is NOT one stinking Aphid or Rose slug on any of the Knockouts or anything else!!...It stinks and the smell will stay with you but when you see a bugless garden it becomes a welcome fragrance as it saved my landscaping and I now give them a dose about every 10 days and water frequently..Still nothing is eating them and if they do they are dead dried up stuck to a solitary leave or 2...This will harden up in the bottle so I put the container in hot water in a bucket and it pours nicely after..I also mix this with a gallon of "hot" water and a tablespoon of Castile with 2 tablespoons of Neem and shake to break it down. It solidifies and It doesn't work in cold or warm water just hot but everyone tells you to use warm and I don't understand why..This is a good product for me and it has been working good at a good price..UPDATE, it has now been about 2 months since I have been doing the soil soak. I have been increasing the Neem oil to about twice the amount per and all the roses are going crazy with dozens of new buds on every plant and still not one stinking rose eating bug..This has been totally organic and it has been acting like a fertilizer. The bees still are roaming around everything without any regards and have been increasing pollinating everything..I had pests which were terrorizing the "rose of Sharon, lavender, hydrangeas and others chewing the hell out of the leaves making them look like Swiss cheese, but all stopped since they have been getting the Neem oil soil soak also...Really a good remedy..Forget about spraying the plants do the soak....

The Neem oil is fine but I thought it would deter the Lantern Flies on my patio some didn’t like it but they are still so annoying.

I got this specifically to kill thrips and aphids. Had a super super nasty infestation that I didn't expect as a beginner gardener. Let me tell you, nature can be cruel. Those little monsters killed my potato plants and infested my onions and chives. As soon as I mixed it up with some organic soap, shook it up and then added the water. I was ready to commit genocide against aphid and thrip kind. Yes I must have sounded crazy screaming "die die die die !" out loud as I tended to my garden but I didn't care. Product worked great for slaying these stupid little monsters. Had tons of fun killing these awful creatures and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Killed contact, survivors died slowly over time. I came back twice a week for 3 weeks to make sure I killed the next generation that only survived the first wave due to being safe in egg form. Worked great, vengeance was mine. Smells kinda funky but that's fine. I'm not buying this for the smell. I'm buying this to protect my garden from these invaders. Great product, will buy again once I run out. The 64 oz was definitely a great value for it's cost. Didn't even use much over the course of 3 weeks. 1 tsp made a gallon of aphid and thrip slayer. Best part? It's safe for my composting worms.

I’ve tried chemicals and now natural and my money is on Neem - if it means anything I have a background in both Earth Science n Public Water Treatment - it’s great watching bugs freak out as I spray this on my lawn - u will 2 - it gets rid of both mold n grubs as moths fly away 😃 my thanks 2 Amazon - the seller n The Manufacturer..

I concoct my own house plant soil, which most of us avid plant owners do. I use 25% coco fiber, 25% pumice, 25% cactus soil, and 25% orchid bark. I feel as though this allows for nice drainage - especially when you’re in a rush to tend to your plants and may get a little heavy handed with watering. This time I also added horticultural charcoal which added multiple benefits. Also I add about 4-8oz of worm castings to each plant every few months depending on its size as a fertilizer. Then every couple months when I rotate my plants I use a 100% organic neem oil diluted spray to control any pests that may get into my home and decided to hang out on my plants. - I had gnats before and this method was the only way I was able to control them. One of my calatheas had spider mites once (prior to my use of neem oil) unfortunately the outcome was poor and I wish I had purchased the neem oil prior.
