Charger worked fine

Awesome charger, It initially takes a few days to charge but it does the job. My ez go is kind of old but the batteries are new and this charger really powers it up. The charge even seems to last longer. And it's so compact ! Love it!

It's not a quick charger but it works great! Have new batteries and didn't take very long to bring them up to 36.5 charge I'm happy with it!

It takes a long time to turn green, but it works well.

I had battery problems. So I bought a low amp charger to see if I could replenish old batteries. Turned out not to be the batteries but the 30 amp charger that I had that was bad. It takes about 2 day instead of over night to charge but since I go further with a low amp charger I may or may not get the 30 amp charger fixed.

I never write reviews but I've purchased this for my my Storage location charging 1 golf cart. 1, not multiple carts. The charge failed after 2 months and when I asked for a replacement, I was told that it is not for "commercial use"I could not find anything that said not for commercial use in the description. I'd like the merchant to define commercial use when I use it as I would on a personal level. Charge 1 golf cart.I submitted an additional refund request and was told, out of return period. They did not tell me how to claim warranty or was any help whatsoever. Please do not purchase and spend more money so you do not have to replace this unit again and again. Since I am such a heavy commercial user (Sarcasm), 1 golf cart, I seem to have abused this charger by simply plugging it in, plug it to the 1 golf cart, and leave it there until I need to use the golf cart... 1-2 time a week.

at only 5 amps, it is definitely a slower and weaker charging process than the bigger 20 amp chargers. It says it is "automatic" and should shut off on it's own after reaching full charge and should display a green light when it does. I have never gotten it to show a green light while plugged in, and it never shuts off. Brought my 36v pack up to 47v while it was charging and never turned itself off.

I got this for my daughters golf cart. It doesn't charge as fast as her big, heavy, bulky one but it does charge. It's small enough to fit in a large purse to take with.I would recommend this product.
