Please check side effects. I tried pads only once and felt so ill next day like never before. My pulse was super high whether blood pressure was very low, I felt very dizzy and fatigue. After trying to increase sugar level I googled side effects and realized that potential side effects of the foot detox include nausea, vomiting, or dizziness. The process may affect your blood sugar levels.I didn't think these pads might harm, but obviously my body reacted opposite. Be careful!

They stuck well, cant say I noticed any changes. Won't be buying these again !

This is the 1st time I have used this make of detox patches , they are more effective than the ones I previously used (with differant ingredients) even after using the 1st patch I felt much less sluggish & my skin was much brighter. Would definitely buy again.
