I love my bike. Have not had a lot of time to use it. We have it down at our beach house and great to get around our small town on. My puppies love to ride.

I have ridden on it only once. Seems nice. The chain guard and fenders could have been a little firmer. Other wise as expected. Definitely took some time to assemble.

Have not tried driving/riding it yet, because of the missing chain buckle. Meanwhile, first feedback as as follows: The chain link parts arrived with only one buckle. Two buckles are needed to properly lock/connect the chains. The battery arrived and there is no red and green light displayed when the test button is pressed, even though the battery charge light shows green (fully charged). Even with the padding that parts had, the frames and handle bars had some scratches due to the parts getting rubbed together inside the box. Maybe better padding that avoids exposing some parts of the frame and handle bars during transit can avoid the unwanted scratches. The assembly went went well using the manual and some videos as references and having the right tools.

This definitely takes some work to put together and one of the nuts sent was not correct. It needs to be open for a wire to go through and sent closed nuts. Have contacted the seller with no response. Also, when putting the chain together you may want to have one of the special tools to take off the magic connector because if you put it on wrong you are screwed!

So we definitely discovered putting a bike together is a pain in the butt. The instructions could probably use more detail. Luckily there are YouTube videos that helped us with parts that were difficult. There are ones specific to this bike. The one I found had no talking instructions but they did show you from start to finish how to do the bike. I will say this took us about 6 to 7 hours in total to build so be prepared when you want to start. The bike itself is great. It's sturdy. The seller contacted us because the color we originally bought was sold out. But we are happy with the replacement and glad they contacted us so we could decide our secondary choice. Overall the bike was worth the aggravation of building it and is a good buy.

FedEx delivered my bike on 7 January to the wrong street the wrong name and the wrong address luckily we found it. The bike itself was great. I put it together in 3 to 4 hours. but after it’s all together, I have no battery the bike came on the seventh of January. FedEx says the battery should be delivered by the 12th, the quality of the bike. I’m very happy with the delivery I’m not.
