We absolutely love the look of this faucet. We actually put it in two house. It is very solid and good looking. We also contacted the manufacturer for a part and they were very quick to help.

Our install required longer water supply hoses. One call with tech support and the new hoses are on the way and at NO charge! Fantastic product and support. The filler itself is very well constructed, heavy, well finished and even comes with white gloves to handle it!

These tub fillers can cost up to $1500, so I was worried that a $300 model would be junk. I asked three different plumbers who suggested I buy the expensive fillers what the difference was. They all said "materials". I asked for more info and they all kind of shrugged. So I am not sure what I would have gotten for my money if I had spend the extra money.This thing seems to function reasonably well, no major issues. It dribbles a little after you turn it off, but I don't see that as a major issue. It certainly isn't justification to spend 4x the price on a brand name.If this thing breaks I could buy three more and still come out even. I think this is a reasonable alternative to what I see as price gouging by the popular brand names that don't do anything special.

Sturdy built product for a 1/3 of the price. Customer service is excellent. Helped with installation pictures and shorter hoses for my application. Highly recommend

We purchased a free-standing tub as part of our recent bathroom rennovation and when I started looking for a tub filler I was shocked to find that the big name companies charge close to $1500 for their comparable tub fillers. Since we only occasionally use the bathtub we didn't want to spend a small fortune for something we rarely use so we took a chance and ordered this tub filler through Amazon and we are pleasantly suprised by the quality. The tub filler not only looks great but it seems to be well made and the company even offered to make new custom length supply lines for us at no cost since the existing supply lines are not long enough to reach the water supply valves. So far I am happy with the purchase itself as well as the customer service we received when I called to inquire about the new supply lines.-Zak

I am thoroughly impressed by this freestanding faucet. Like many others, I was dismayed by the $1000+ price tags on a lot of the name brand competitor's faucets. I started shopping around and this was the only one with consistently good reviews out of the dozens I browsed, so I gave it a shot, counting on Amazon's stellar return policy to cover me.I am glad I took the chance. The manufacturer was extremely helpful when I realized that the BPT hoses that came standard with this faucet wouldn't fit my NPT pipes. There are a few nuances which I will cover below, but nothing that offsets the tremendous value this faucet represents.Pros:- It is sturdy once installed. A lot of the competition in this price range has mixed reviews in this regard, but this one is anchored nice and tight.- The finish is high quality. Again, at this price point that's far from a given, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice this faucet looks.- The water pressure is fantastic. The shower head attachment provides tactile force when switched on and could spray 10 ft easily. The main filler fills my freestanding tub in a matter of a few minutes.- It is easily installed, though there is one "good to know" that I'll cover below.Nuances:- The instructions specify a 8mm drill will provide a big enough hole for the mounting sleeve bolts. This was not true in my case. I tried 8mm, and when that didn't work, tried the next size I had on hand (1/2") which proved to be way too big. In the end, I used cabinet screws to mount it straight to my laminate and subfloor. It has minimal wobble when grasped and shaken, and zero shake while filling.- The shower head attachment dribbles after it's switched off. It is not an issue once you realize it does this, just hold it over the tub for 5 seconds after you turn it off and you should be good.All in all, I highly recommend this tub filler, and the company who makes and sells it. I am thrilled with my experience.
