Have used this for protein enhancement. I am a vegetarian. I take 6 of these daily and they are a miracle. It works like ‘real anabolic steroids’ yet it is not and it has all the amino acids. Easy to digest. About 2 months after starting I noticed fat was turning into muscle. Safe and it works. This is st the top of my list.

I’ve been using this product along with their biobolic power life multi vitamin for around 25 years they are the only supplements out of all the ones I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot that I notice without a doubt work. 34 years as a firefighter, 10 years playing football, and doing construction throughout. My joints feel good I heal quickly from injuries. The only thing I don’t like, my hair and nails grow very fast 😂 kind of a pain sometimes

I like that it has all the major amino acids. I thought it would help with my Chronic Fatigue, but I don't feel any differently.

This is nearly the only product that has just about every amino acid you want.

Really helps with recovery from weightlifting! Especially for my 46 year old body! I notice that if I take them (usual dose for me is 5) at night I awaken earlier than usual. I would rather sleep (recover) longer. The reason, I believe, is the vitamin B that is included in the formula which is necessary for the uptake of the amino acids. Just deal. Great product. BTW I've used them since I was 16.
