I wanted some good chocolate & every time I go in the store, I end up buying much more than I should just trying to pick what I may like so I decided to shop here on amazon. It's VERY hot here & I wasn't sure if I should wait until fall season so it wouldn't melt (although true dark chocolate doesn't melt the same way milk chocolate does). I took a chance & ordered. The arrival time was like a 5 day span. I was pleasantly surprised that it was delivered the first of those 5 days stated AND the packaging was exemplary!! You know you're working with professionals when the box is labeled Perishable, open immediately, then you open it up and see the extra thick refrigerated padding along with an ice pack that had almost melted and the box of 4 delicious chocolate bars was even in a plastic bag so the moisture wouldn't compromise it. I was able to open it right away & the chocolate is absolutely delicious!! This is my first time trying the vanilla crunch & it was a great choice. Let me start off by saying this is an incredible chocolate and I love their business practices. My brother suffers from an allergy based chronic illness called EOE. Because of this we have stunted his diet dramatically, and he’s had to sacrifice so many things he used to love—one of those being chocolate. This is the first chocolate he was able to enjoy without serious pain, and I’m forever grateful to this brand for caring about allergens and taking pride in their product. It’s rare to trust a brand, as many are careless in their production and even if they use soy they will be ambiguous about it.The taste has a lot of depth. It had sweetness, the bitterness of the cocoa, the crunch of quinoa (incredible as he’s allergic to rice), saltiness that balances it all. It’s a well made bar! Chocolate lovers will definitely love it, as someone who is a dark chocolate lover it hit the spot.We live in a hot desert and they sent it in a large box with insulation and ice packs. It really felt like they cared about their product and our experience. Although they sat in our mail box that day, when we received them they were in perfect condition.Thanks again to this company for its soy Free bars! I look forward to getting more flavors

This dark chocolate is pure and practically sugar carb free and is mixed with salt crystals which is a delightful pairing with dark chocolate that helps you forget there's little to no sugar.

These bars are very good and so chocolatey. I like the fact that they are organic and gluten free, Non GMO. Maybe that is why they are so good. Anyway, they are very good. I like how they are packaged and they arrived in excellent condition. Will have to order more before the weather gets too hot though.

I appreciate a company that uses clean ingredients I know exactly all the ingredients and can pronounce them :)What a wonderful treat to feed yourself real food with the care this company takes in its product. It is a bit pricey but compared to similar products it feels very healthy and like real food!

I’m really disappointed to see the change in this product in 2021. Since getting acquired and scaling their production, the taste is totally different. It tastes darker and less sweet, the quinoa is only on the bottom layer rather than throughout, and the taste of sea salt is now undetectable. The almond butter one has similar issues and also crumbles when you try break off a square. Even the brown packaging falls apart quickly now. I stumbled into some of the original formula bars at a market and the difference is really noticeable when you taste it after having the new version. I’ve been a regular buyer for years, probably at least 8 bars a month. Sadly, researching to find a similar product that I like better now, for the taste, quality, and value.

Loooove these chocolates!I tried their verity pack the first time I ordered and they where all delicious! My two favorites ended up being the Crunchy Mint and the Vanilla Quinoa. The only reason I’m give this review four stars instead of five is because I reserved the Vanilla Cashew Butter instead, I’d exchange it but I didn’t realize it was the wrong flavor until I already opened the packaging.

The bars are scrumptious! I tried them at Hu Kitchen in NYC, so I knew that they taste great. They are not overly sweet like chocolate bars at Whole Foods. They're thick and crunchy. I freeze them which makes them extra crunchy. I was worried that they would melt in the mail, but they were sent with proper ice packs and insulation. Extremely impressed!
