The product is very good. I was considering it for improving cognitive function and it did just that. I started taking it in the morning on a empty stomach with a little bit of coffee and it provides a clean source of energy for a very long time. I could feel the clarity and alertness till late evening. It is a very good product. Highly recommended.

Although Carnitine is impirtant for brain health n aids in attenyion deficit individuals, it is also very important for the regeneration of nerves. I had a sciatica problem; maddening, burning, searing, shooting pains, alongwith numbness n tingles. I searched for the proper way to treat it, as natural as I could n I was never in favour of pain relieving proceedures, which do not go to the root of the problem, nor do anything to fix it. With Carnitine, Glucosamine, Chrondoitin, Omega 3's n Alpha Lipoic Acid, I got fantastic results - this brand is good, so I reordered....

Good source of carnitine, affordable. Takes effect after 2-3 hours (because it takes time to digest and get absorbed into your body).
