Great replacement tips
My soldering iron is on average 4 hours a day, and I like it super hot. Enough to instantly heat 18 ga solid wire.So I go through iron tips fairly quickly. These are just as good as genuine Hakko tips, only a few did not last long and the plating gave way. Not too badly though, the tips let me know they were wearing down long before deformation. But enough have outlasted the Hakkos. Just a pick of the draw there, but in a pack of 5, they do last as long as Hakko tips or longer.

They're great!*
At my skill level, and with my Hakko - the two tips out of the pack I've used, worked as well as the Hakko tip that came with my FX-888D.Some have pointed out that the holes are off center. A couple of mine are. But honestly, it don't matter. Maybe there's a difference with the slight bit of offset to the thermal mass. The soldering tip itself isn't noticably off center at all, much less to the point where I'm having to do goofy things with the iron or my hands to correct for it. It's just simply not an issue. With that said, i've got rather light soldering experience. More money than skill. But, I tell you, even with these tips on that Hakko - my soldering has greatly improved over the old Radioshack 110v stick I used to try to use. So, my experience as a general newbie to soldering might not be as critical towards the imperfections of these tips as someone who's been a professional solderer for years...

I won't tell if you wont
My Hako soldering station has not given me any issues with using these. The temperature still measures correctly at the tip (phrasing) they have actually been on there for quite a while. And have purchased another set they fit as well as the oems did I don't have any looseness or issues with it sliding around.

These Look Really Nice -- So Far, So Good
Let's be honest: I am not a harsh reviewer, where soldering iron tips are concerned. I'd be impressed if I've run through a full pound of solder over my entire lifetime. I have just acquired ten times the versatility of the general purpose tip that I normally use. Becoming acclimated with that will take some time; then I might write a deeper technical review.Straight out of shipping envelope, I was struck by the beefy *vinyl* zipper pouches snugly housing the ten tips in two sets of five, rather than the typical flimsy poly bag du jour. Visually, the tips look cleanroom ready and well-tinned. There are no signs of moisture ingress or contamination. The tips themselves appear well-formed. I detect two or three tips whose mounting holes are visibily not perfectly concentric with the tip body, but not glaringly or egregiously so. I don't expect any issues to arise from this slight imperfection. All in all, I would happily buy a set of these again, in another 5-10 years.

Great Quality Tips
Before I bought these tips, I was working with cheap tips that would melt if I heated them too high. With these, however, I can heat them to high temperatures without any melting. They fit nicely in my Hakko, and I've had no problems with them whatsoever. 10/10
