Just about worked
I live in a block of 12 flats and the communal aerial is woefully inadequate. Fortunately I have my Sky in the front room, but can't have Sky Q again because of the communal aerials. Once I've cleared up the spare room I intend to move all my craft stuff out of the front room, finally. I like to have the craft channels on in the background and have tried several different aerials so I can leave my Sky box off or recording two programmes whilst I watch the craft channels on freeview. Unfortunately it's been a frustrating journey. Having read loads of reviews for this item from various places I decided to give it a go with fingers crossed. It worked to a fashion. Did I get loads of HD channels? No. Did I get the 6 channels I desperately wanted? Yes, which is why I've given it two stars. Personally I wouldn't recommend it for all the lovely HD channels but I'm not returning it as I got the channels I wanted. Yes I tried it in various places to get a better signal, yes I tried the booster and yes i tried it in it's stand, another item that is woefully inadequate. Read the reviews and make your own mind up and don't forget if it doesn't work for you you can always send it back.

Works well when you find the right spot for the best reception
A good TV aerial for the price I paid the reception is pretty good to say it's only a square plastic rectangle. I struggled a bit getting the correct spot for the best reception at first but now it's as good as my main TV aerial on the roof. It was bought for a bedroom TV and rather get the aerial chap out to run another cable from the roof I got this option which is cheaper and better.

Did not work for me
The lead had come adrift on the aerial fitted to the wall of my house, and the lead had come adrift so the picture was badly breaking up. I bough this to see if I could improve on it. I tried using the additional amplifier, and without it, but not a single station could be found using it. This meant I was getting a better picture from the piece of aerial wire than this indoor aerial. I tried retuning several times, (its automatic), but it did not help. It is possibly faulty, but I was not able to test it right away as my wife has been in hospital and I did not have time, otherwise I would have returned it.

A Boost to your TV reception!!
This ultra-thin TV aerial comes with a satisfaction guarantee and a big range. Even if you live up to 70 miles away from the nearest broadcast tower you can still receive crystal clear images that add greatly to your home entertainment options. This quality antenna is fully compatible with 720p, 1080i, 1080p / ATSC, so you can pick up a very nice range of shows. The extremely long 16 feet cable and the detachable amplifier add up to a very flexible package that you can move around until you find the perfect spot. This is a very small antenna that can be neatly set up in just about any sort of home without looking out of place at all. If you currently have poor quality reception at home then choosing this TV aerial will give you a lot more viewing pleasure right away.

Easy to use
I was doubtful of this because I found previous indoor aerials to be virtually useless but I am pleased to say this one is superb. It is easy to fit and the picture quality is impressive on all channels. The aerial is so thin it is easy to mount and I have mine on a wall out of the way. Everyone seeing it and the picture is very impressed. i would definitely get another one when needed.

brilliant product
this arieel freeview booster was a great buy. it arrived quickly and was easy to set up on the window. it has a very long cable which is great as tv is not near the window. it has boosted the freeview channels i can get. i live in the middle of the lake district, so not always easy to pick up channels.

Getting the right position \ direction of the aerial.
The tv antenna is very thin and easy to set up. Considering its size, it picks up a lot of stations. I tried it in the living room, it did quite well considering there are houses and extremely high trees opposite my house. I should imagine with a less obstructed view the antenna would do much better. I've had other antennas that were worse. Maybe not as good as a decent aerial on the roof, but they don't come in at this price.

Did not work for me
We had an external aerial but it was suffering from occasional interference which would last for 5-10 minutes and completely lock up the picture. On the strength of reviews, I thought I'd try this before undertaking more expensive options. It did not work at all, failing to pick up any signal unless I took the aerial outside and put it on a high wall. It went back and I was refunded without issue.
