They do not work
Waste of time an money these made the foot metatarsal pain worse. The self stick item does not stay in place no matter what you do the other 2 are in wrong place and are so thin of no value sorry I purchased

I bought these pads because I stand on my feet a lot at work and I have been having a lot of pain on the soles of my feet. Well, since I got these a few days ago, my feet had been without pain.
