These pants fit as expected with a true 32 inch inseam. Comfortable. Would have liked it in a fabric that was slightly lighter in weight for the tropical climate. Well made.

The pants run a little big, but better a little baggy than tight unless you like it that way. Great material, very comfy, has extra pockets for all medical professionals. Color is perfect. I'm 6"1 245lbs the 38 waist ran just a bit big but you can just tie it.

Other Cherokee pants the same size waist fit right. These were 2 inches longer, same waist. Fabric is great. The snap and pockets are sturdy.

I bought these to replace my 10-year-old Cherokees, which I got from a friend who's a ward nurse. After hundreds of washings, they've finally worn through. I'm not a health care professional.
