You can't find a properly concave shaped lid easily in the market and so decided to go with this. The product is good quality and fit and finish is fine and they have done the good thing of using stainless steel screws to fix the handle. You get what you pay for and it ain't cheap. I would have preferred a product with 1/2 inch less diameter but that size is not available. In all stamped stainless steel one often finds that the process makes the central portion of the sheet metal slightly thinner than the sides. I would have preferred the top two inches to have a thicker gauge of metal. It's sturdy and I am only mentioning ideal scenario.

I would have given full five stars, but the knobs of the SS lid was broken, so I could not use it immediately.I had to spend extra money to get a knobs fixed, from a local SS products shop.Also, the lid is 2mm smaller than I expected, so there is a small mismatch with the kadai.

I purchased this lid on August 14th 2022 at a Price of Rs. 304/- . Now the price has been increased to Rs. 500/- . The lid is very good. sturdy. Knob screw looks small. Be carefull while hot because the knob is very close to the lid so that we feel hot.

Good. The bakelite knob and screw holding it is also of good quality. Paking and delivery was also good. Product arrived without any damage.

The rating is based purely on the aspect that lid handle is weak and breaks / becomes unhinged in very short time of usage. The material, design sturdiness are all very good. Wish the maker changes this oe design flaw.
