Perfect for making polenta- great results every time!!

The best polenta I have had in the USA. We love polenta and for years I was trying different kinds but ever since discovering Italian Roland brand I am searching no more. The grain is super fine, taste is super sweet and it is easy to cook. You cannot go wrong with this one no matter how you like it (soft like porridge or dense). It’s GF,V,Kosher.

Update... Have tried the fine and medium ground polenta by now and like both. Both cook equally quickly. Both work equally well in cornbread. Have used both the fine and medium ground for dusting bread pans, English muffins, pizza crusts, and bagels. Great all purpose product I always keep on hand now. Price is the only factor in my decision to buy fine or medium. They seem interchangeable to me.Original...Some recipes say to cook polenta at a simmer ~30 mins. I was expecting to be whisking for awhile but, using a 4:1 ratio of liquid to polenta, these were cooked (liquid was absorbed) in about 10 mins. Great value. Flavor and texture are good. Really enjoy this product and will purchase again.

This polenta is of a great quality. It’s a bargain of a price and can also be used to make cornbread or morning grits.

I've purchased this polenta meal several times and just love it. My polenta is always creamy and never lumpy. Has a great overall flavor. Direction on package my it easy for those that need a quick reference.BEWARE of other posts that give negative reviews and claim it's too fine of a meal. It is CLEARLY stated on the package that it's finely gound. So if you prefer a more course of a texture /polenta then this isn't for you.Also note, that the bag it comes in isnt the best. Its like buying flour from the store, when you grab the bag a little puffs out. Otherwise I think this product is great and will continue to purchase it.

I liked this polenta so well that I ordered a second bag. I have made marvelous corn bread with it! Great product, imported from Italy but at a competitive price and superior quality. Try it and you won't be disappointed!
