I have another one like it that I've had for several years and is still going strong. I just needed another one for different colors. They work well. I especially like that the roller pops out for easy cleaning.

Using with Gel Plates

I've needed to upgrade my roller for a while and I tried a few others but none of them compared to this one. It's soft, takes ink well, and is super smooth.

Gel Printing necessity. The soft rubber smooths everything evenly and gives more detail when building masks and layers. Very happy with this purchase.

I am new to the print game, but this brayer has worked well for my needs. I have been using it with Speedball inks and stamps for fabric and it spreads the ink really evenly. It is easy to clean, but I will say the black Speedball ink does stain the brayer. Which is fine. Because the black Speedball ink STAYS on fabric even after many washes. So if it wants to leave my brayer a little grayer than before, that's fine. The stain does not transfer to my next project.Buy it.

Does what it is supposed to do. Easy to clean. I would buy again.

Overall this product is exactly as advertised. The handle is sturdy and notches were the roller clips in are secure. The roller itself is easy to clean just some hot water and gentle hand soap and it is good as new, ready for the next project. I think the adhesion of the paint depends on the quality of paint as well as the amount used. I was using it on gel plates for printing as the roller applied the paint fairly smooth but the paint did occasionally stick to the roller creating a more rippled texture than smooth. That can be chalked up to many different things though, so overall the roller work exactly as advertised.

Perfect for printing. An item that takes a beating over a lot of years in an art studio and eventually needs replacement; after over a decade of use, I had to replace my old one. Same high quality!
