Pills are small and easy to swallow. Knee pain level has decreased since I begin taking these hyaluronic acid pills.

It has been hard to get the truth from writers afraid to kill the later from the market.

Pleasently surprised! I friend recommended this product after I had told her about my hip pain. It had gotten to the point that it was making it impossible to sleep on my side. I read the reviews and I am thrilled that I ordered this supplement! Within a few days, my hip pain subsided. After a week, it was no longer troublesome. I will continue to take it because it actually works!! I'm so thankful!

I bought this to help my knee heal after surgery (10 weeks after surgery). I took it for 3 days and on the third day I felt my ears ringing, so I checked my blood pressure (my bp is always right on the mark, it's never been high - I'm 63 and female). It was at a dangerous high - 180/117 at one point. The only change I had made was taking the supplement. I looked up side effects and found it can raise BP. So I stopped taking it and for 3 days my BP was scary high - I did everything. Finally last night and today (day 4 of not taking it) my bp is back to normal. I am not saying it's not a good product, I am not saying there's anything wrong with taking it. I am just saying monitor your bp and make sure it doesn't have a negative effect on you.
