We do a lot of dehydrating and needed something smaller than the Cosori racks to hold smaller items, like broccoli, celery and carrots. These work well and only leaves salt size grains.

We love making beef jerky. The metal wire racks made it impossible to have nice thin pieces of jerky. They would stick and be impossible to get off. Heard about these mesh screens and they work really well. Jerky comes right off and are easy to clean. Tried fruits and same great results.
