Smokey Blue Cheese (1 pound)

I am a big fan of blue cheese and I never spend this much money on cheese but this one was worth it so delicious and creamy I ate it by itself with no crackers even though I bought it to put on a salad

Excellent, some say the best, blue cheese there is, but expensive. Big portion. Must like blue cheese. Strong flavor.

A friend in Washington bragged about their bleu cheese being "the best" there is, so I decided to search for it on Amazon and was pleased to find it. It has the smoothest taste and richest flavor of any bleu cheese I have eaten, without the sharp acidity of some other brands.

The product arrived quickly enough and was very well packaged and kept cool. The flavor is awesome but the smoke slightly overpowers it. A little too smokey flavored for my taste, but it is tasty, and I will enjoy it. I think I prefer applewood smoked versus this pecan smoke flavor. But the size of the cheese exceeded 1lb, weighing in at 1.12lbs and 1.09lbs after removing the wrappers, so you certainly get your money's worth on this deal. I recommend this if you're a real smoke lover!I also tried this on several different crackers and found Wheat Thins paired best with this. I have to say, it is Deeeeelish!

I dislike nothing about this cheese. I add it to just about every meat sandwich that I eat at home. Its the best Blue Chees that I have ever eaten and I love it.

The chees is good but way over priced and the shipping is theft. I needed it sooner than local store could get it in so I took the plunge. Last Time I ordered form local grocer and it was far less with no shipping fee. Ask your local shops (not a store like Albertsons or Kroger) I don't recommend paying this much, shop around and save money. This isn't worth what they charge.

It crumbles nicely and isn't too strong for those that don't like a sharp smelly blue cheese. I really could not get a smoke smell or flavor from it. The shipping makes this the most I've ever paid for 1lb of cheese. That being said I could not ship 1lb of cheese overnight in specialty packaging for the amount they charge. I'm giving five stars because they're an independent creamery and from their packaging it's clear they take pride in their product.

Best blue cheese I ever have eaten.
