I bought size M and i have a waist of 34inches. the belt fitted me in the last hole so i would suggest that if you have the waist of 34 or smaller get a size S. If you have a 36 one or bigger then go for size M. However i went to a cobbler and got two extra holes pierced in the belt. it is very easy and almost any cobbler would do it. The reason why i did this instead of exchanging the belt for size S is because many of my friends share my belt and they have bigger waist. Let me share the Pros and Cons which i have experienced. Pros. 1. Very strong grip around your waist. provides extreme support to the waist. 2. Sturdy quality and one can expect this to last for years. 3. Value for money (I got this belt for 2309₹ and when i told my friends in gym about this price they thought it was over priced. Many of them suggested that i should return it and get a cheaper one for less than 1000₹ but that all changed whey they used this belt. they loved the strong grip around their waist and told me not to return it and if i intended to then i should sell it to one of them instead). Cons 1. Too much dependability (this is no way a con for the belt but something that can happen to the user. This belt provides extremely strong grip around your waist which is perfect for heavy weights but if you go lighter then start using a thinner belt because your back would becomes accustomed to this belt and would need it like a crutch. because of such strong grip you might actually lose the strength of your back to lift weights without any support so be smart with light weight.) I am sharing a picture of Aurion belt with 4mm thickness which is great for light weights like 80kg for me. heavy one's like 120kg above i use USI.

My friend and I ordered the belts for us together, same product, at the same time and, same size too (S) but one is visibly thicker than the other. Don't know the reason for the discrepancy, I found it rather harlarious that one person got the thicker belt (not me lol) than the other. That aside, the belt istself feel really strudy and is definitely among the best product I've used among indian brands. Takes some time to break into (took me 2-3 week or 6-7 workout sessions) but really does the job during heavy squats and deadlifting. I've earlier used a 6mm belt and decided to transition to thicker one and this has definitly been a good experience. Overall quility feels nice, it's a littly drab in comparison to other belts in market but I really feel it would last me years. The company should really think of bringing in new colours and design. Overall the product seems nice and worth buying.

Good one for medium level builders 13 mm I had ordered very thick very hard on west so I had ordered 10 mm usi it's comfortable and u can roll and keep into ur gym bag 13 mm impossible to roll and keep into bag So if u r lifting more than 150 kg go for 13 mm otherwise it's perfect Design color look wise beautiful Durable For me 10 mm is enough I used 6mm also it's useless Letest update ihad used for 2 days it's started softening and easy on ur stomach and west early buckling and removing for first 6 to 7 use u will fill much more hard and painful around ur west So don't get upset and return use for a week daily it wil soften and easy to buckle and unbuckle Go for it and celebrate Xmas in style Thank you

Very nice belt. Very strong and durable. I am 70kg. I even stand on the belt keeping it horizontally up height wise for 10 minutes and belt did not bulge . I believe it can hold my weight for even 24hours. Stitching is good. Delivery is very fast . I got it in 5 days. I recommend this belt because it provides great support. And it feels nice. It will take 4-5 workouts to break in. After that it will feel awesome. It is 4 inch height and 11mm weight. Once you will use it you will not go back to other thin belts. Value for money as it provides great support. Also i recommend you to focus on your work out form while wearing this belt. It will benefit you for long time. I highly recommend this belt to others.
