Wondjiont Aluminized Ash Pan with Steel Wire Grate(12.8125 x 20.375 inches)

Only some reviews mentioned the painted exterior so I wasn't sure what to think but it arrived and sure enough I put this thing on my grill and the paint started boiling and smoking, pretty gross. I will probably try to find a different approach in replacing this if and when it rots and crumbles like my original one. If you get this, you should give yourself some time before your bbq to melt all the paint away and dont add your food before you have it all removed from your grill.

Good quality, but it’s painted! Why you would paint an ash pan I don’t know. The first few times you start a fire on it, the paint burns and bubbles off of it and lets off noxious smoke. It finally all burns off, but it’s not good at first. Other than that, it’s pretty good.

As you can see in my photos this ash pan is about an inch smaller than the OEM pan that came with my Char-Broil grill. That being said the charcoal rack is the same size, it’s just the pan that is slightly smaller so functionally it works the same. This pan also seems to be a bit heavier duty than the original with slightly thicker metal throughout. All in all a very nice ash pan!

Good product, worked great just as described

It fits perfectly on my grill. Looks very sturdy. Like others have said, it’s painted over. I burned the paint off with a load of charcoal in an empty grill. Once you do that you are good to go.

Great replacement part that extends the life of my two-barrel Brinkmann grill/smoker. This ash collector is a must to get functionality from the charcoal side of this appliance. Be certain to check measurements, as several are available. Also be certain to keep the two hangers before tossing the older corroded part, as this is only the briquet holder/ash collector (without the handles). Glad this was easy to find on Amazon.

Looks very strong and durable.My only complaint is that it's painted grey so I have to wire wheel the grill it self so the paint fumes don't get into the meat or food items.
