Absolutely stunning cakes!
I bought the variety Cakelette pan - knowing fully well that it may be a tad bit bigger than my oven, but still took my chances. And when I checked upon delivery, it actually did not fit into my oven :(The pan was just too beautiful to return, and it was only about an inch or so bigger than my oven. I got the sides trimmed a bit, and voila! it fit my oven perfectly.Baked these beautiful Cakelettes in the pan, and the result was absolutely stunning. These baby cakes just slid out of the pan upon cooling. All the anxious moments were worth it!

Very very satisfied
My best buy in bakeware in India. Such great quality. I hate to dust my muffin pan or cake pan or loaf pan often. Now with this muffin pan, i don't have to. The muffins, if well baked, will just glide out once they've cooled down a bit. Don't mind paying 5x since it's amazing quality. please take care to use only soft sponge to clean this.

Great for baking mini muffins and quiches for little ones
This pan has been awesome for making muffins and quiches for my 15-month-old! The nonstick coating works like a charm—nothing sticks, and cleanup is super easy. I love that it holds 24 wells, so I can make a bunch at once, and everything bakes evenly. The pan feels really sturdy and holds up well in the oven. Perfect for making little portions for my toddler. Definitely worth the buy!

Best Muffin Pan I've Ever Used!
I recently purchased the USA Pan 12-cup muffin pan (standard size) to make breakfast frittatas. In my old muffin pan, the egg and cheese stuck so bad I could barely get the frittatas out or the pan cleaned afterwards. So, after reading reviews, I decided to try this non-stick pan. I followed the directions and used NO oil or Pam to grease the muffin cups. Just poured the batter (about 1/3 cup) directly into each cup and baked. The egg muffins came out with just the tip of a spoon--absolutely perfect with no clinging residue in the pan. I've never had a non-stick pan that was truly non-stick until now. I washed the pan with a little soapy water and it looks like new. Handwashing bakeware is no problem as I always hand wash non-stick pans or other metal bakeware. I'm also impressed with the quality of the muffins vs those baked in my old, dark "non-stick" pan. They baked perfectly--lightly browned and evenly baked all the way through. This pan is definitely worth the extra money. My old muffin pan is going in the trash!

Great quality pan. Good weight. Easy clean up.
Ok, I love a warm meatloaf sandwich. Have since I was a child munching my mom's great leftovers. This particular pan is perfect for meatloaf sliders and so much more. After cooking and shrinkage, I wanted a patty just the right size for a slider bun. Not too big, not too small. And this pan fits the bill.I like to use a #12 cookie scoop (2.7 oz capacity) to portion the meat mixture so patties are uniform in size and cook evenly. I find a mixture of 1 lb. 80/20 ground chuck for flavor, and 1 lb. 93/10 beef to control shrinkage works well. Then add in all my meatloaf favorites.Just prepare the meatloaf mixture to your liking and bake at 350°F for 18 - 20 minutes to an internal temp of 160 - 165°F.My thing after baking, is to cool them in the fridge about 45 minutes. Once cooled, I vacuum seal 2-4 patties per package and freeze. Simply thaw as needed and microwave for a quick and easy snack or meal The same process can be used for regular, baked sliders.Decided to order a second pan to increase capacity in a single bake session and save energy cost since my mixture makes about 14 patties.(Remember to put a small impression in the center of patty before baking to prevent meat from rounding up like a ball..) You'll love the quality of this pan. Sticking never a problem. I use Bakers Joy with cakes, etc. just as I do with my cast iron and Nordic Ware.

Slowly replacing all my bakeware with USA Pans
I wanted a straight-sided pan with removable bottoms for baking. Getting a USA-made product is important to me. I saw this and debated for probably a month before finally ordering. I baked individual cheesecakes with it for the first time this weekend. They are beautiful (and tasty!). Pan washed easily. I am looking forward to trying an English victorian sponge in it next. Split and filled with straight sides to frost or not!

USA pans are the best pans you'll ever own. Period.
We found some USA pans in Marshalls and on Amazon and they are hands down the absolute best baking pans we've ever had. Best performance, best quality, extremely sturdy, bakes evenly and completely non stick. Best part is they're not even that expensive, comparatively. Definitely worth the little bit extra.
