This is officially my emotional support beverage. First of all, it’s NOT overly sweet (bless), the flavor is actually good, and most importantly it does NOT taste like I’m chewing on a multivitamin from 2007. Huge win. Hungover? This will bring you back to life. Staring at a computer all morning questioning your career choices? Perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Post-workout and pretending you’re athletic? Incredible. At this point it’s less of a drink and more of a daily ritual. It has earned permanent residency in my day and honestly contributes more to my productivity than I do. 10/10. Would revive myself again.

I love the packets for on the go. Yes the can is cheaper,BUT the convenience of putting them in my pursers, lunch box or store in my desk helps me. It’s pre measured and no mess. Easy to put in a water bottle and shake or put in my cup and use a mini mixer. Easy!! I love the taste of Fruit punch. It’s my favorite. It is my caffeine for the day.

If you feel you need a little more energy to get things done in your life, an energy drink may just be the thing. I'd drink this early in the day in place of coffee and I think you will enjoy the delicious flavor just mixed into a bottle of water. The powder mixes well and provides hydration with the water. I remember the fruit punch tasting really, really good in the past, but feel like the flavor is not packing the punch like it used to? I ordered the packets, maybe that is why? Gave me energy, and tastes okay, just not as great and flavorful. Made me question if these were old but the expiration date says they are good for another year. I tried this just with water, and made a slushy for my sister.

As always, it is a great product. Ordering and shipping went well too! Spark replaces coffee for me in the morning - I heat it.
