I bought this product and got late delivery. No customer support number listed. No website to leave feedback to seller. User manual is not easy to understand. The T-mobile sim card is not working with this watch. Battery life is just one day.I do not want to give even 1 star because the basic function that is phone/simcard/tracker function is failing due to non-detection of seller suggested T-mobile sim card.

The only thing we are able to do is call him on this watch. Everything else does not work, I would not waste your money. We thought it was a great idea in case of emergency because my son is 6 , but the GPS doesn’t even work...

I have the problem with sound when I called my daughter. I can’t hear my daughter on calls absolutely. She hears me, and i don’t. I have installed the app, and it didn’t help me. Nothing changes. My watch have technical problem.

Bought this watch as a gift and also purchased the sim card that was recommended. It does not work,will not let me register this device or even let me store numbers.

My son loves this watch. The location tracking is more accurate than his previous watch.
