After being introduced to waffle deserts, I decided to purchase this, I had read reviews of sometimes loose screws on handle, everything was very sturdy. Easy to use, and quick, evenly cooked all over and golden. Various browning/heat is available to personal choice. I used Belgium waffle mix for first time uses. Absolutely perfect. When spilled over from putting too much mixture in, I struggled to clean outside side where leaked over. Managed to clean up. Plates easy to clean. Perfect, simply spray oil on both plates add mix and whaloah, perfect waffles to add a range of toppings of personal choice. Ice cream strawberry sauce goes well

Amazing value item that produces the tastiest waffles. The rotary feature allows you to brown the waffles perfectly on either side so they cook evenly throughout and you don’t end up with overdone sections alongside undercooked sections which leave it inedible. I have tried both sweet and savoury and both have turned out exactly how i wanted them too. The waffle maker is extremely well made alongside it being practical, easy to use and good looking. It is also a great size as the waffles are very generous however, the actual appliance isn't too big so very easy to store away. Very impressed with the item and the waffles it produces.

The media could not be loaded. This product took A LOT of practice to get a decent waffle. At first I thought it was useless. It took a lot of experimenting to get the right batter mix. Also, the plates do not give a tight enough seal, I have to add something weighted (used a jar) to get a tight enough close. It is essential to cook the batter long enough so that all of the steam has evaporated/stopped bubbling (see video) or you will not get a crispy waffle. This means it takes nearly an hour to get 4 waffles *sigh*

Best money I've spent ALL year. I was tiring of my usual protein pancakes so I bought this waffle maker to switch things up a bit. LIFE CHANGING! So easy to use! I was able to make them using same batter I use for pancakes (30g protein powder, 1 egg and 1 tsp of baking powder and a drizzle of water). Came out AMAZINGLY! So light and fluffy (I think by using a normal flour based mixture, you could probably produce a pleasant crispiness - protein powder isn't a dry like flour so you wouldn't really expect it to crisp). I was really nervous using it the first time but I really can't see any way you could mess it up if you follow the instructions! No sticking. Easy to clean (once allowed to cool, of course). Doesn't take up too much space in the kitchen. Heats up quickly (in the time it takes to put together the batter). It's really useful to be able to adjust the heat (I find medium works well for my batter). After a few minutes just keep checking and adjusting as necessary. It's easy!

Bought for my man for Christmas. Easy to to use and makes great waffles.BUT, after using for couple of months some electronic connections broke inside (I think). Every time when trying to use it would trip fuse box. Sad, as we love waffles for weekend brekie 😔

This is a great waffle iron. Better than expected. Worked perfectly first time. Easy to get used to the temp control after using a couple of times. Lovely deep, fluffy waffles on first attempt. Used the max temp setting at first and it took just over 2 mins to cook the waffle. Turned it down a touch for a paler waffle second time and it was perfect. Light spray of oil before cooking and the waffles came out with ease and without any sticking. Very happy with purchase and the instructions were sufficient also included a basic waffle recipe, although I used my own and not the one provided so can’t comment on that. Noticed an insert with the appliance that said 2 year warranty too which is a positive. 100% happy with purchase so far.

Product looks very nice and it is easy to use. We followed the recipe and instructions on how to use however the waffle stuck to the plates and when it was eventually out it did not taste great. I would recommend the product but next time we will be trying a different recipe.

This machine makes the best waffles everytime in the comfort of your own home. I have used it LOADS since receiving it and it has been a pleasure. Its perfect for this time of year when you want warm, sweet comfort food – my favourite is a waffle with chocolate spread and marshmallows. I have tried all types of toppings and this machine allows for a variety of waffles made at the same time as it makes 4 pieces at once which you can add different toppings to – perfect if you want to share. Really easy to use and clean. Couldn’t be happier with this product, its exactly what I was looking for.
