Dont just buy heaviest grip because of the same price
SoI would like to start by first putting my views about the productI have many of the hand grips from nivea to USI having 20 kg to 40kg resistanceWell when i was able to do 40s easily then i thought (only then) of these and damn i must say this 200HG(90kg) resistance is one tough son of a bitch.Those aluminum hand grips look great,will be a bit hurting for you if you have never tried hand grips before but seriously what you thought,a plastic to hold 90kg resistance?Now coming to those who are buying the heaviest resistance available just because all are stacked in the same price jar.Well DONT DO THISA good pair of hand grips are those which you can press minimum of 30 to 40 times. Buying one which you cant do even one wont help you build forearms at all because it all depends uoon the volume you trained not the resistance

Quality wise its awsm. I bought the 150 model, i thought it wud b tough but i m doing it quite easily. If u r beginner then it wud b fine for u but if u r into gyming for some time then i wud advise u to go for a heighr model. I ordered it for 799 and i think its worth it bcoz its indestructible. I got the packg the next day so cuddos to the dealer.

Top notch quality...awesome
After being able to close the HG150 consecutively for 60 times, i decided to go directly to HG250....but i cannot completely close it even once....get within 2mm of closing it, but not quite there yet....freakin' beast of a gripper... Awesome quality and construction.Don't even bother to compare them with the cheap plastic/wooden ones. These bad boys are in a different league of their own. You'll see remarkable forearm growth within the first couple of months of using it.

its got very good sturdy build, i broke so many local hand grippers with my hand this is the fourth one, its nice and tough i bought the HG250 its really hard but i like it, finally i found a good hand gripper, i would recommend this
