Excellent pan with multiple uses.
This is a heavy stable pan which remains stable on the hob and does not topple over. It has a thick base with excellent heat conductivity. I use it regularly as a sauté pan and to prepare stir fried vegetables. I will be buying the smaller version as well. This pan has become the workhorse of my kitchen, with nary a day passing by without this pan being used.

Bit small but excellent quality
Absolutely satisfied with quality of the pan. Heavy pan that does not allow food to burn easily.Bought this to replace the non stick cookware.Needs a little bit more oil for cooking but it's more healthy than the toxic coating in non stick pans.Worth it considering the health of my family.👍

Heavy duty surprise (Cooking and happiness)
Received it yesterday and already used it. A very heavy duty stainless steel pan at amazing price. Best part is it is Made in India. I am Phasing out out all Teflon and aluminum Based cookware and serve ware from my kitchen and this is 3rd last replacement. Replacing with Peetal, castiron, iron, Clay and stainless steel cookware. My expectations were low as generally made in India steel pans are light weight and not good for cooking but this pan completely overpassed and subsided the issues from past and created a new benchmark. I cooked dry Aloo capsicum in it. So damn good, no sticking no burning. If you leave any thing at high flame for long time even in a very deep and heavy pan it will burn so we all need to be careful with this point when using any pan. It is by far a great buy. Im buying one for my mom, sister as well.

I am literally in love with this item but sadly i have a very ...
As the title promises IT is HEAVY duty and professional pan. Buy only if your kitchen can accommodate it and you are also strong enough to move this around. Mine is small kitchen. This one pan fills my sink, meaning, when washing this one i cant have any other vessels in the sink. The handle is very long. I am literally in love with this item but sadly i have a very small kitchen. It is worth your hard earned money.P.S : Please get rid of Aluminium(ionized, anodized etc.,), Hindalium, Teflon and plastic products from your kitchen for the sake of your family 's long and healthy life. Slowly but steadily I did it. It took me a year though.

This is a sturdy and heavy bottom frying
This is a sturdy and heavy bottom frying. The size is enough for 3 to 4 persons. Food is cooked very well. I am very happy with this product. But this is a little too heavy. Remember, this is not a non-stick pan. But food does not stick much.

Not a good purchase
Food sticks and burns while cooking even on the lowest heat. It is very heavy so the fact that food burns is surprising. Perhaps will be ok if we use loads of oil (which we don't).

Good and sturdy product
First thought is that food will stick to this pan. But if used properly ( heat pan with oil before putting any food) , even egg omlettes don't stick. Of course one can't prepare oil free food, but have oil in food is healthier alternative than cooking in non stick cookware.I can't comment much on durability as it's just been couple days. But by looks of it, it seems to be good quality.Cons- food burns on high flame, need to be careful with heat.

This is nice and heavy
This is nice and heavy, but only the outer rim is 24cm wide. If you need to cook prawns, chicken etc without overcrowding, the sloping design of the interior only holds a smaller quantity of pieces - I might need a 26 cm size.
