Delicious and nutritionist approved for lost weight program.
After having baby I gain lot of weight and not loosing any. I went to a nutritionist a couple of months ago and she is helping me fallowing a diet to lose weight. She suggested me mueslis for snacks or breakfast as an alternative when I feel like not cooking. I never heard about muesli before in my life so I pull this from Amazon randomly, she read the content and approved. I love the flavor, I’m eating the morning zen with 2% milk (keep in mind the serving portion is 3/4 cup). This fill me up and I don’t get hungry for at least 3 hrs, then I have some type of snack. I have lost 8 lbs in two months so far so I’m happy, I eat muesli like every other day as a breakfast substitute or in a smaller portion as a snack.

Better for you than Granola
When suggested by my exercise physiologist that I switch from granola to museli for breakfast, I compared the package info about calories, fat, protein, etc content and was surprised at the difference. After making the switch, I was surprised at the weight loss I experienced. Our local grocery store was slow to carry the granola and is now slow to carry museli so I am ordering this online.

Like Sawdust With Pea Gravel And ABC Gum
This stuff is horrible. It’s like eating sawdust with some bits of pea gravel in it. The pieces of “fruit” they throw in are tasteless chewy gobs. It really tastes bad. I added four packets of stevia and that didn’t put a dent in the bad flavor. It was weird, it’s like it absorbed the sweetener and neutralized i5 or something. Never experienced that before. There are some little black partially broken seeds in it that when bitten into have a bitter taste, like a nut that’s gone bad or something. Yuck! I kept trying to make it palatable, so with the next bowl I sliced a banana and added that to it, and that made it just barely passable, but was still like eating sliced banana with milk and sawdust. Nasty! Too bad because I wanted to like it.

Poorly Distributed Fruit and Nuts - Spoon of Good Stuff and then Spoon of Cardboard
OK. Most muesli tastes like cardboard without something added. In this case they added raisins and almonds. Great choices! Unfortunately, the raisins are clumped together (up to 10) and the almonds are whole. So, you either get a spoon of great tasting food or cardboard. Wish they would blend the raisins and chop the almonds to better distribute the flavors. Never did find any cranberries.

Addition to my morning routine
I tried this for the first time and I liked it because the flavor is really good and it is better for me than granola. I’m trying to loose weight after 2 pregnancies. I eat this mostly in the morning with 2% milk and I will not be hungry till close to lunch time. Sometimes I add fruits just for extra nutrients. Overall, I am happy about this purchase so I added this to my subscription.

Great for making overnight oats
Great for making overnight oats. I add some shaved coconut and almond milk and let it sit overnight in a small mason jar..its ready in the morning to grab and go for a quick breakfast. I had got a sample of the athlete's fuel and cinna muesli versions they have but unfortunatly haven't found full-size versions to buy so I bought this one. I hope to find them, but that's not to say I'm not equally enjoying this 'flavor'.

Best muesli ever!
I switched from eating a half a bagel with coffee at breakfast to muesli and coffee for breakfast. While the calorie count is roughly the same, I am much less hungry in the hours leading up to lunch. I have also lost a few pounds. I prefer to eat it hot (ready in two minutes!), while my husband prefers it cold (ready immediately!). We've been buying the assortment of six packs...lasts us for a while. Highly recommend!

Great cereal
Love this cereal! This is my all time favorite cereal - healthy, pure and simple! Before finding on Amazon I drove 45 minutes to stock up on this cereal. Now just stock up on it on Amazon.
