A life saver for me and my family
My father has celiac disease and has been recommended the gluten-free diet. Earlier, I had to manually buy multiple ingredients and then get it mixed in a mill. But, since I found out about this product and started using it, my life has been way easier, also the quality of the product is so good that my father loves it. This is undoubtedly a best friend for someone suffering from stomach/intestine related ailments.ProsA must for those suffering from crohns or celiac disease symptoms.Bowel movements become smooth and normal. No more heart burn or burning sensation in stomach.Those craving for chapati roti paratha or puri but cant have due to gluten intolerance this is the go to product for you.Other than this it is packed with proteins and minerals.I think the price is reasonableI am purchasing the second 5 kgs pack of jiwa gluten free atta.

I admit that preparing rotis from this dough is a little difficult. It does not bind like the normal atta does because of the absence of gluten.You have to keep adding water slowly and knead it for around 20 minutes and viola..your dough is ready for soft fluffy rotis.Do not store the prepared dough it releases all the water after a while and its almost impossible to put it together after that.Now coming to its benefits:This is definitely better that the regular atta we use. Very helpful for people suffering from IBS.Better digestion, good for weight loss (less number of rotis keep you full for a longer duration) and you feel lighter throughout he day.Its all about getting yourself habituated to its taste and texture.

VERY VERY USEFUL
Loved it. It did completely meet its requirement.Believe it or not, my hubby used to be a direct vitim of rotis or paranthas of any - i reapt any expensive or packet wheat flour or even maida (all purpose flour).My dad suggested that maybe the acidity is due to the gluten content of it, and hence we thought of giving this a try.. Though other products are priced at Rs. 25/kg, this was Rs. 149/ 900 grams.. way pricey, but VERY VERY USEFUL.Now, everyday, during breakfast, we all eat parantha and sabji except my hubby having parantha of a different flour. Its worth it

Not able to make rotis from it
It definitely might be good for health but is very difficult atta to make rotis..and I just got advised from doctor that glutten free atta should be eaten majorly for ppl with gluten allergy.
