Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub delivers exactly what it promises. Tiger Balm is new to me and I didn't know what to expect, so I was surprised to feel the instant warmth when I rubbed it on my sore neck. The heat was intense for a while and I was a little concerned because I have sensitive skin; however, there were no problems and the pain was gone for several hours. At least, I didn't notice it again. The scent is very strong, so be ready for it! I don't think I'd use this if I were going out of the house because of the very noticeable odor. It isn't unpleasant, if you don't mind camphor.

It really works on knees, shoulders, and especially back pain.

Love this product. I suffer from restless legs and arm pain and this cream has been a game changer. It DOES have a VERY strong scent. I mean, my family can smell it from downstairs when I put it on upstairs. But, I LOVE using it. Thank you!

I have a lot of spinal issues and injuries. I use this cream everywhere! I had first seen it at my mom's and figured it would be like any other pain cream with minimal relief. Idk what's in this one but it works better than the millions I've tried. I always keep extra on hand.

I bought this based on other reviews and experience with regular Tiger Balm (in little jars or tins) I still wasn't expecting much, it has a unique scent which is quite powerful, it does not go on and cause intense heat just some gentle warming. I was shocked about 1/2-1 hr later it made a major difference with my shoulder and neck pain. I prior fell on the shoulder and have arthritis and possibly need surgery at some point and the pain was often so bad I couldn't sleep before I got this I have since grown to like the scent. I had prior tried all the other heating rubs that help other joints some did relieve the pain for a little but nothing like this stuff.One word of note while I do give this 5 stars for relief of neck and shoulder pain it has no effect what so ever on pain on other joints not sure why but it don't.
