Is it contaminated with nuts?

I believe not coz my son is allergic to nuts and everytime I make cake, cake pops he’s ok no sign of allergy. I really love this dark chocolate, very high quality , shiny and best for cakes, pastries and dipped for everything. I highly recommend this brand.I am very satisfied!!!

Is this authentic Callebaut chocolate ??? some reviewers say not???

Is it good for hot chocolate? The 823 is too mild for me

This is really good chocolate for making molds or baking. I wouldn't know how this would be in hot chocolate. This fine of quality and price is good for special events like weddings.
