Not exactly sure what good it does, tasty though and it probably does replace the salts etc you lose during exercise - used for a long time now so kind of a comforting drink too!

Me and my wife have been using this for a while now. Mixes well and taste nice. Always use it for hydrating at the gym and much cheaper than buying single bottles.

Despite my prior concerns about taste, I tried it (I got the lemon, lime flavor) and it's like a sweet bitter lemonade, as someone with PoTs it's extremely important I have LOTS of electrolytes so I drink at least 2l of this a day but usually around 4. I personally found it a little hard to resolve the powder at first but worked out if I "sprinkle" the powder on the surface of the water while stirring it dissolves almost instantly which is a massive positive. Even when I get a little bit of unmixed powder It just tastes like sherbert, so I'm really not bothered. My only improvement would be being able to get this in bigger tubs, as I know a lot of people with PoTs get electrolytes powder (especially ones that are good value like this) and need a lot more than the average consumer

Extremely well packaged to the point of to much packaging... however very pleased it came damage free, and on the scheduled delivery date. I have absolutely no bad things to really say about the SIS powder product. It tastes extremely nice... no need for any other flavorings to be added, and disolves pretty fast in order to be consumed almost instantly. I usually drink 1 pint of water with 2 scoops of this 1 hour before riding... this perks my energy levels up and leaves me feeling pumped ready for 30 miles of riding through thick mud and sludge. I usually carry a 3L Camlebak hydration bladder, and I tend to put around 6 scoops in with it, and this will keep me going a good 30-40miles. I have purchased other products not relating to SIS and some of them have made me feel naucious, this however does not. It keeps my legs from screaming out in pain for much longer and hydrates my body much better than I had thought it would. If only they did bigger containers. The price is fair, although you could get similar products cheaper... how good they are I don't know, as this is my go to product.

Tut was es soll- recht süß wie alle Electrolytegetränke. Ich habe wirklich den Eindruck länger laufen oder Radfahren zu können wenn das in der Flasche ist statt nur Wasser. Krämpfe treten gar nicht auf. Verträglichkeit ist kein Problem.

My wife and I have used this product for years for hydration. We ride 50 klm three times a week and are very happy with this product. We both prefer the lemon and lime version.
