Horrible Quality Control
Worked for less than a year. Installed outside under covered veranda (never got wet) and still the motor burned out. Sent me a replacement with faulty assembly. I could hear metal rubbing when turning the fan. Needless to say the replacement doesn't work either. I've spent at least 4 hours on the phone over the course of 20+ calls. Still do not have a fan that works... Waste of $700!

Stylish & Unique
All the fans in my house are from Monte Carlo brand. The one with the light is in all my bedrooms, they are very efficient and with dimmable control. The black fan is in the Primary room, it does cool down the room. The big walnut brown fan is in the great room. This fan is mainly for circulate the cold air, it does not give strong wind like a normal fan in high setting, but I turn it on in the winter to get rid of the stale air. All the fans are very quite and pretty to look at.

Good looking fan,but need to get it working!!
It’s a brand new one but not working!! They’re supposed to send me a new one but haven’t received it yet! This has been weeks now.
