These stress balls are terrific. They are the right size for my hand and have the perfect squeezability factor! 😄I have a problem with the tendons in one of my fingers and my doctor suggested I use a stress ball to exercise it. I liked the option of getting a set of three so I could have one to use at work, one while driving and one while watching TV at night. The exercise really helps my finger and it's nice to be able to look at the inspirational sayings when the balls are sitting on my tables.

These were a little too hard to use as a stress ball for my 13 year old daughter. They are better suited for throwing at a wall if you’d like to relieve stress.

My daughter asked for stress balls for Christmas. She likes the squishy kind and this was nowhere near what we expected. They are just "balls" ! I gave them to my daughter before Christmas anyway because they weren't worth wrapping. She does not like them but will use them until I find an actual stress ball.

The stress balls are quite firm. The size is almost to big for a woman's hand. I can't imagine a child using these stress balls. The guys in the family will like them for Christmas.
