The price for this tent/hammock is still under revirw. Im not impressed with the pole system. Quick setup is nice but the flat pack design didn't fit my taste. I prefer tight compact and stuffed.The tree straps are not what I had hoped for. I will definitely coming up with an alternative hanging system. Also the little cords are all over the place.I have two more trips with this and I can't wait to sleep in this hammock again.One of the fiberglass poles shipped already split.

Lots of space, super easy to set up and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Broke first time using it. Don't waste your money. We bought two. They BOTH broke.

Maybe you have a need for a bulky, difficult to assemble, and expensive all-in-one bivy/tent with poor directions. If that is the case, then maybe this tent is for you. Personally though, I would prefer something lightweight, easy to assemble and at a reasonable price. When I purchased this all in one, I tried it out in my backyard with the expectation of using it on a week long hunting trip where I would be covering a lot of miles. I quickly realized that would not work out. The product filled up my backpack, leaving no room for anything else. Moreover, I had a difficult time figuring out the strange combination of straps and carabiners necessary to convert from bivy to hammock. The rainjacket was useless to me. What was the fourth feature? I can't even remember. What I do remember is that I literally spent hours going back and forth between the European Youtube videos and the baffling hard copy "instructions" trying to figure out how to operate the conversion, and at the end, it still was neither watertight nor bug proof! There are big holes at either end! And when you lay inside, the poles don't even work to keep the screen/water guard off your face! Just a terrible product, not at all what I needed. I'd have been way better off going to REI and buying a lightweight hammock along with a standard Mountain Hardware bivy.But wait there's more! Since the product cost around $300, I knew I needed to return it. So began a month long travail of negotiating with people at the Post Office, at a distributor in Pennsylvania, with some lady in Austria. . .It cost me $30 to send it back and they required that I do it within 14 days. I returned it to the address they provided, and USPS documented delivery, yet they still have not returned my money. There is a continuing, ongoing back and forth about time zones, about small start ups. I'm getting messages written in German. But yet, not a dime in my account.Stay away from this product, please. Just go to REI or Cabelas and talk with a person who can show you how a bivy tent works. If you decide you don't like it, you can return it easily to the counter, at no cost, and immediate refund.

Ich habe das Flying Tent für eine tolle Idee gehalten, es schein pfiffige Lösungen parat zu haben. Man kann es anscheinend vielfach nutzen. Das zelt kam in einem sehr unordentlich zusammengelegten Zustand an. Anscheinend hatte es schon jemand auseinandergenommen und unsachgemäss wieder zusammengefaltet.Der Aufbau ist alleine fast nicht zu bewerkstelligen. Was ich als unsinning finde wenn es ein Einmann Zelt sein soll.Die Beschreibung hat mich dann doch verwundert. man sol es nicht bei starkem Wind starken Sonneneinstrahlung und bei Starkregen aufbauen. Wann brauche ich denn sonst ein Zelt?Die Lösung mit dem Poncho fand ich auch als toll. aber er ist umständlich mittels Reißverschlüssen von der Hängematte zu trennen und dann viel zu groß für mich.Aujch das Zusammenlegen ikst nicht ganz einfach. Wind sollte da wohl nicht gehen, sonst bläst sich der Poncho immer wieder auf und man kann das Zelt nicht wie beschrieben zusammenlegen.Alles in allem war es für mich ein Fehlkauf, ich hae es wieder zurückgesandt.Die Qualität des materials und die Verarbeitung scheint gut zu sein.
