Genuine Hyundai 28910-25100 Purge Control Valve

I have a 2012 Hyundai sonata GLS. The check engine light lit up on the dash so I plugged in my OBD scanner and it displayed a p0405 code.I follow auto repair guys on YouTube and he suggested it was the purge control valve. I previously unhooked a hose to the purse control valve when I removed my intake manifold to replace a fuel rail sensor last year so I was familiar with it.The purge control valve was easy to remove from the hoses and I did the whole job in less than 15 minutes. Check engine light gone. This was a good value and it came fast. I would buy again from seller.* Sorry but I should have took a picture with the air intake off so you can get a better look but I forgot. The purge control valve is the black thing you see in the center of the picture.

Lo instale en menos de 15 minutos muy fácil. Idéntico al del fabricante . Recetie la lus veremos si vuelve a encender o solucionemos el problema de una y por todas. Ya les mantendré informados 👍

Had issues on my Tucson every time after refueling. After reading a lot of similar cases decided to give it a go, installed the part in less than 15 minutes and voila! It worked, issue is gone.

Friend's 2012 Hyundai Sonata started having starting issues after filling up the gas tank. Checked with scan tool showed no codes but found that it was the likely cause so tried it and it fixed the problem. Installation was a little challenging to remove the old one from the car without damaging the hoses. Removed a few extra things to get access to it. Watch a YouTube video showing how to replace it before you try it.

I had a large vacuum leak on my Hyundai Santa Fe , it fix the problem.

My 2011 sonata didn’t want to start after putting gas in it. I googled it to see if there were others and there were. Some people mentioned changing the purge valve and it fixing the problem. It worked!! It was pretty easy to install and probably saved me some money from not taking it to the dealer.

I change this to my kia forte 2011 because everytime I fill my tank It will get a hard time starting.I change this and the spark plugs and the MPG when up by 3 units.Note: I was going to pay $90 dollars at the dealership for the same part + 60$ to change it. I did it my self and only cost me $31+ 1 h and 30m (without proper equipment)
