It's a normal capo. I've been playing the guitar for 12 years, so I used a lot of different capos, and this one is not the best and not the worst. Sometimes I wish it could be more flexible or a little longer, because I am using a classical guitar and it's got a wide neck, but this capo is relatively cheap and it works. That's what I wanted.

Really sturdy feeling capo that is easy to use and seems like it's going to last a good while. While the spring is a little stiffer than I was expecting, it isn't a deal breaker at all as it means that it holds all the strings firmly so there aren't any dead notes. I have brought several products from Donner before (patch cables and a the yellow fall delay pedal) and I cannot recommend them higher. I am a professional musician by trade and its nice to not have to break the bank to get a high quality product.

Nice feel to the capo . Good and heavy , strong spring , definitely worth the price . The 4 picks are a nice tought too, they feel nice and have 4 different thicknesses.

As Capo's go, this is well designed with a really good spring set up. Its finished in high gloss which also makes it look good. I think these are called quick release or one handed release, which it is. I have tried to move capo during a song and it does work. One squeeze to release it and then slide it up or down the neck. Its not too big or bulky. When not in use I clamp it to my headstock and it sits their ready for use. Very good product, 5 stars.

Vwry suprised at the quality of this. Nice and robust, good spring and came with some picks. All very good quality and well made. Really pleased and great value
