I’m in my early 40s and have had terrible mood swings during the week before my period for as long as I can remember. This (or the other brand with same ingredients) really helps! I feel like me again. It took me awhile to get my exact routine down, but I start with one pill on the day I ovulate, then over the next week slowly increase to 3 a day and continue the next week with one pill 3 times a day spaced out with meals until I start my period. Then I quit until the next ovulation due date. If I don’t take enough, I get so angry and irritated at everyone and everything. If I take them too much, my breasts get sore. I think each woman is different and you need to find your right pill routine in order for this product to work, but it really does! I’m beyond happy and wish I’d found this years earlier.

I need to take it with food or it'll upset my stomach but worked so well so quickly. Felt so much better the same day and haven't had any problems. I feel balanced and happier
