I appreciate that this book was educational but the recipes weren't amazing. Definitely not one with ingredients that I can find at my local small town grocery store. I wish I could return it

It has given me ideas and reminded me of things I hadn't thought of. Also the stories are nice to read as well.

Great recipes. Good variety. Most of them relatively easy to make.

I first saw Hannah Grant on a documentary and fell in love with her way of cooking. This book is amazing, such nutritious recipes. Love love love this book. The recipes are easy to follow and the choice is great

Disagree with another reviewer who said it has overcomplicated recipes. This is my favourite cookbook for balanced and nutritional meals, basically my go-to. I’ve cooked so much in the book - mostly on weeknights!

This book was given as a gift so I haven't actually tried any of the recipes but a quick scan of the book shows that there seems to b a varied selection.

Just another cook book with extremely difficult and complicated recipes. I heard an interview with Hannah Grant on the Pace Line podcast where she was talking about the book and the easy recipes that would suit the life of a normal person who is a cyclist. I was expecting simple dishes that could be cooked in batches and changed daily with the addition of different ingredients in order to keep things simple and time efficient for people that have a day job and train 2+ hours in the evening and who do not have hours to prepare gourmet meals. This is not the book for that. Why can’t someone make a cookbook for people who do not have hours to cook every day and only 5 herbs and spice in the fridge!
