Worked great on my Phillips TV.

Works perfectly, no set up/codes
Remote does what you would expect a remote to do. No set up/code searching ws required. Buttons click and feel solid. Plus, it's about half of what you would pay if you go through the manufacturer. Remember to pay attention to the listed model numbers WILL NOT work if not listed.

Quit Working
Remote worked for exactly one year and then all of sudden I started having trouble changing channels. Now, all it will do is power the tv on and off. No other buttons are functional.
