Have the so-called instructions have been written by a five year old? Oh dear, what's the steam reference?In spite of these "instructions" I set it up alright after giving the battery a bit of a u.s.b. charge. However, if the "solar" function is to be relied on,forget it. Even in direct, bright sunlight there is no charging inication whatsoever. Therefore it's not suitable unless connected permanently to a u.s.b. power source. I thought the "solar" function is intended to keep the battery topped up - in daylight of course.The sensors are far too big, there are similar devices with much smaller sensors available. I could't find any reference to what cell is fitted in the sensors. They will need replacing at some stage. The senso will need dismantling to check first. No instructions on changing the sensor cell either using the provided plastic tool.There is a double sided adhesive pad provided.I will buy something better which does utilise daylight properly.

When you change the default settings you can be driving and it reverts back from the settings you had put in back to the default which sets the alarm off. It changes from a visible screen to a very dark screen you cannot read whilst driving. Having reset my settings on several occasions I am very disappointed and would not recommend this unit. I have tried to contact the supplier but they have not responded.

Great little gizmo for a wife that is constantly thinking the tyres look flat... After a 10 minute installation, it was up and running,plugged into a USB bank, so constantly left on,as the placement is just infront of the gear stick.The unit was surprisingly accurate,as I inflated all tires to required PSI beforehand, and the unit was spot on.All in all, a great buy, saving me from having to keep going out to the car to ease the wife's paranoia!.

Does as it says I didn't give it 5 stars as these things are huge they even stand out on my wheels and there bigger than most 20". Make them smaller longer is better than wider,Just an update on using it for around a week, the unit seams to reset it's self randomly, which when pretty much everyone would be using the psi setting and not bar, it being a pain to put it back to how you had it, this is poor

This product is easy to install and operate, and when you have had it for a while you will begin to wonder how anyone is comfortable without one. Just a glance over at it and you know exactly what is happening with your tyres. It is especially good if you have a problem with a tyre, and you want to check (frequently) that it is OK. Don't not have one! The fact that it is solar powered just makes it ideal.

I've had the unit on my car for some months now and very impressed. Can check the tyres at a glance every morning when I go out. Easy to fit. Being solar powered, there is no need to deface the vehicle to fit and can be changed from car to car!

Not a bad old tire pressure monitor. I've been using it for the past 12 months. 90% of the time it's reliable but every now and then while driving the unit appears to go haywire for a time and then comes back to life. I had to change the internal batteries Duracell which is fairly straightforward. What I purchase again? Yes I would for the price.

This helps me keep my tyres balanced, as I have an annoying slow leak (losing 1/2 Bar every 8 days) garage have resealed the tyre twice and still can't cure it, so this TPMS Tyre Pressure Monitor helps me keep the tyre at correct pressure.
