My caique loves it, I did have to wrap string at the base of the rod between the ball and dish. It was very loud when he would lift and drop the ball to get out the remainder of what I put inside!

Fun until the brat figures out how to make it all fall to the floor
I bought this likely elsewhere. Many years ago so I don’t remember. I still use the center post to skewer random fruit and vegetables and fashion some sort of support if needed with leather to hold. Newsprint underneath is highly recommended. The problem was the only interested bird figured out quickly how to take the part off the bottom that held the little tray and cage sending everything off the post to the floor. Quite fun for him. The item otherwise was decently made considering some of the alternatives that I have seen and unfortunately purchased.
