Takes the guesswork out core supplements for this age group.
My 12 year old son's pediatrician recommended that he start taking a multivitamin after getting his last blood work back - I think D was just a bit low. He also tossed in the idea of taking some fish oil for good measure. I know taking too much fish oil is not healthy so I do like that figuring out the proper dosage for is done properly for his age group. My son has always been a bit on the Husky side and has really been thinning out of late. Not sure if it just an age thing, coincidence or if this really has had a positive impact. His physical activity level is up too. All in all I guess I will know after the next well check and blood workup how well his vitamin levels are.... Seller's seem to change on this so keep an eye out, expiration date has been about a year out which does not matter as its a month's supply a consumed with 11 month's to spare, but something to be aware of.... If freshness is a concern, you can always buy directly from GNC or Rite Aid although for a few bucks more.
