One can't use it as pressing it multiple times has to be done and broken pieces come out..there is no users information and one doesn't know how to use it.

Firt of all i was very skeptical before buying this product online because of its great duplicacy issues, but thans a lot Cougar International, you guys have delivered ORIGINAL Hermestas. The real SWISS MADE sugar substitute. Previously i have used stevia but there was a lot of after taste and it generally is tough to blend with other items so mixing was not that easy, hence the aftertaste. But this is truly original product and one can buy this product without any hassles. If you are in search for a great sweetner without the yuk after taste go for it you will love it. I have been using this product for the more than 2 years. This is the first time I am facing issues with the product that whenever I am pressing the upper portion for dispensing sugar free tablets it’s always getting fragmented or completely powdered so now either I’ve to change the Seller or look for alternative product as it’s an inconvenient to use.

Easy to use & gets dissolved faster....it helps in retaining the froth in coffee compared to other sugar free tablets...easy to carry & worth the price.
