This massage ball works a treat on tight glutes but it's very expensive for just a foam ball!

Like The size The weight The texture Dislike The foam density could be firmer The price This ball is a good size and has met my expectations. I wanted a soft to medium hard texture and this is almost that. I use it against a wall therefore rarely place all my weight upon it. If you are looking for something to press down on with all your weight then this is not the product for you.

Good delivery time, however poor quality of product. It is to soft to use in the manner it is intended, the ball mis-shapes when pressure is applied so is in effective when trying to roll out muscles.

Love The Grid products and this ball is great. Works a treat applying pressure to sore points of the body and massaging smaller areas that are difficult with the foam roller.

I am Traininer by profession and this item is too soft . Overpriced in my view . They need to make adjustments to the hardness of the ball .

They are really good for massaging away the back pains.....it works better than a tennis ball i also use...

Nice idea but the ball doesn't seem to be hard enough. It has an almost hollow feel to it and not as robust as a foam roller.

Questa palla massaggiante è perfetta per alcuni punti. Come qualsiasi attrezzo massaggiante va contestualizzata e utilizzata nel modo corretto. A me fa benissimo per il collo e trapezio, dove un approccio di una palla più dura risulterebbe troppo aggressivo, e i muscoli delle gambe davanti e di lato. Per glutei e bicipiti femorali (i muscoli dietro) invece è troppo morbida.

Ich lockere mit diesem Ball immer meine Rückenmuskeln. Üblicherweise sind Faszienroller immer sehr Knüppelhart und das ist mir oft zu schmerzhaft. Mit diesem Ball funktioniert es einfacher, da er besser zu Händeln ist. Die Größe ist auch ideal. Von daher kann man ihn nur empfehlen.
