I have tried a lot of other products. This is the best one ever . Very thick and great tasting especially on avocado toast , Sandwiches and also as a drizzle on pizza.

A little thicker than I'm used to; almost syrup-like and so delicious! Working from home, I'm always looking for healthy and quick options. I put this on avocados with tomato and arrugla at least a few times a week. A little pricey, but... you get what you pay for.

This Balsalmic vinegar is very good for the price.

Very powerful pop of flavor, I used it on meat after it’s cooked, highly recommended and will definitely buy again.

I bought this together with a much more expensive product, with the idea that I would use the Colavita as an everyday vinegar, and save the expensive stuff for special occasions. The Colavita shocked me with its intensity, depth, and syrupy pour. To earn the DOCG rating a product must be made according to tradition — no sweeteners or thickeners. Just natural balsamic aged until it reduces to a syrupy perfection.Just to be real, I bought several bottles of 50 year old vinegar when I was in Modena, and they were much better, but they cost about $150 for 250 ml, and that was 20 years ago. But I think the Colavita is as good as anything you can buy for under $50. Try it. And no, I don’t work for them. Just a foodie.
