So I received this new ironing board cover in APRIL (2025). And while it was pretty wrinkled when i opened the package ( it was kind of shrink wrapped), with some moderate effort and determination, i was able to remove all wrinkles. Used heavy paper clips to pull the cover edges at regular intervals onto the ironing board frame itself. It's unobtrusive and works like a charm. This is an excellent ironing cover. I mean excellent ... it diffuses the heat evenly and efficiently. This is very well built / high quality (made in Italy). Love it. The wait and price were well worth it.

This is my 2nd Tivit cover purchase, and I love how well made these are. This smaller one fits my tabletop ironing board perfectly. Not only is the padded liner also a good quality, but the 3 velcro closure areas and strong border elastic help to snug up the cover to precise board fit ... no wrinkles or bunching oon the ironing surface. There was no available cover size for my 2-sided sleeve board (which also need replacing), but I'm happy to have been able to find suitable sizes for both of my bigger boards. Both covers are made with the same materials and construction details. This is a great company to buy from!

This was a bit more than I wanted to spend on a cover for the ironing f oars, but this product is very nice quality. It’s definitely thicker and feels durable. We iron a lot and I’m thinking just based on what I’ve seen so far this was a sound investment. The straps make it secure and form fitting the draw string makes it very tight no room for wiggles. I ironed it once just see it smoothed out and already see such a nice finish.

Finally an ironing board cover that really works well. Fits my oversized ironing board and padding is thick as should be.

I have been looking for this type of ironing board cover for years. My old cover had finally needed replacement after over 20 years of use. I was thrilled to find these aluminum coated ironing board covers are still available! They are far superior to the cotton covers that are seen today. Your iron will glide over the aluminum coating with no sticking. I sew and know quality workmanship when I see it. These covers are very well made and out of quality materials. The pad is nice and thick and easy to put on the board. There is no chemical odor like so many of the cotton covers have. For the reviewers complaining about wrinkled covers - (there are very clear instructions that come with the cover) - all you have to do is iron out the wrinkles and you are set to go! My cover arrived wrinkle free. These covers are made by a company from Italy that has been in business for a very long time. This company offers covers in a multitude of sizes that will work for any size ironing board. These quality covers cost the same (or sometimes less) than much cheaper and inferior covers made out of cotton. I ordered a second cover as back-up so I should be good for another 40 years! Go ahead, buy this cover. You will be glad you did.

I do a lot of quilting, and my previous cover was ruined. This came folded which resulted in big creases when I unfold it. Installed it, with no problems and began ironing the pad to smooth out the wrinkles. They didn't all come out at first, but I began ironing my material for quilting and I loved the way the fabric wrinkles fell out fast and the pad became really smooth. I ironed lots of fabric, and all of it felt better than my previous pad that came with my ironing board I bought at Costco, which I thought was a pretty good pad until I got this one. This is made in Italy and imported, and I am very happy with my purchase. After 30 years of different pads, I'm very happy with the quality and ease of material moving on it as I iron. It's my favorite pad I've used thus far.

I had a heck of a time finding a new cover to fit my weirdly sized ironing board, but this one is perfect. I measured the ironing board and picked the closest match from the sizes they offer. It arrived and I happily threw my old cover in the trash. It has multiple methods of securing the cover to the board: Bungee/elasic around the edge, a drawstring, and built-in velcro straps. Between those three, I was able to get the cover to fit snugly and it doesn't bunch up or crease anywhere. After ironing a couple items on it, any lines it had left over from shipping and packaging are gone. The material is thick and cushy, seems to be strong and well-made.

The Ironing board we have was made in Rhodesia and this Italian made cover FITS IT TO PERFECTION Plus, the 3 velcro tie straps ensure is fits all sides of the Ironing Board perfectly. My Wife is more than pleased with the quality and fit of this Cover.

I have been looking a long time for an ironing board cover that was 15 x 55 inch and this one was a perfect fit. There is really a little more allowance, should you need it. The quality is very good. I do leave my old cover on under neath to provide extra padding for a smoother surface to iron on. I expect this cover to last a long time due to the quality, so the long wait for delivery and cost make it worth it. Very happy with the product.
