Great ring and value!
I've had this ring for 5 months now and didn't want to spend $350. Honestly it's another form of a fitness tracker. It's worked perfectly for me everyday since I've had it and I only need to charge it once a week if not slightly longer than that. I also have a Galaxy watch which can tell all the same information as the smart ring. The exception is I don't like sleeping with my watch on so the ring is able to record my sleep patterns each night and display the results on a graph in the app. I'd say it you don't want to wear any kind of fitness tracker on your wrist or don't want to spend money in a smart watch then this device is perfect for you as it's small and less intrusive. Haven't had any bluetooth or app connectivity issues and it hasn't discolored or scratched at all either. Keep in mind that no matter what price you see for these smart rings even the $400 ones they all do the same thing which is track your heart beat, measure blood oxygen level, track steps and sleep patterns. The $400 ring is not going to do anything revolutionary that this $45 ring can't. With that in mind, read reviews and choose one with generally good reviews. The app interface will be the only thing different from ring to ring with some that look more flashy or futuristic. This particular rings app is pretty basic and I've got all the information that's needed from it reliably. It's great bang for your buck so far!

Very inaccurate readings. Save your money
This was an attractive ring, but the readings were very inaccurate. Blood pressure showed same numbers most of the time and they were no where near the numbers I got on my blood pressure monitor. The oxygen level was inaccurate as well as steps. I returned it.

Pretty but useless, true to size
Updated: They redid the app and the ring works so much better! The ring is beautiful. This ring only tracks my pulse ox when I tap in the app and manually track it(no one has time for that). The ring fits great, feels great, and looks great. Fits true to size. Size 12 is a size 12 and size 10 is a size 10. Charging case is cheap but fine. There is a charging cable that magnetically connects to the ring itself which is nice. It would be nice to be able to rename the ring because I do have multiple rings in my house hold which gets confusing as to which ring I am connected to(I have to walk outside to the neighbors to connect my ring if I dont want to accidentally connect to my husbands). Battery life is good, lasts about 5 days. Sleep tracking could be better, it says I'm sleeping but I'm really just reading in bed or on my phone. I have a reaction to Metals and this ring does NOT make me react which is honestly impressive. I do get a little irritated after wearing it for 4-5 days where the charging port on the inside is, but its really minimal. I wear a samsung smart watch and NOW after the update my steps on the ring are nearly identical to my steps on my watch. Honestly after the updates and improvements they have done, this watch is well worth the money. I got the gold version and the gold is starting to wear off in places to silver. I am in the medical field and have to wash my hands 40-50 times a day and honestly its kinda a champ. I didn't think the ring would last long but it is holding up quite well. Im impressed. Hope they will update again and have blood oxygen auto record rather then having to manually record it. Glad with this purchase AFTER the updates

Excellent smart ring!
Nice ring for this price! Heart rate and oxygen are the same as my Apple Watch. The steps and sleep are way off but I only wanted it for the heart rate tracking. It fits perfectly, maybe a hair small. I usually wear a 9 on my middle finger or thumb and it fits both perfect. It’s holding up well, no scratches after working in the warehouse for three days. The battery life is incredible, it’s still at 99%. Super happy with my purchase!

Lots of cons
There are a lot of cons to this ring. I wanted to love it for the price but I wouldn't. There were 2 pros aside from the price..the comfortability and battery life were great. I've tried a few different brand for "smart rings", including the name brand oura ring. I've found you need to size up in every single brand. So that's what I did. Sizing up in this specific brand has been the most comfortable of all. It is not bulky like other brands which was great. The battery life was also great. I tried it out for a full 28 days to give it a real chance. (Just under the 30 days for the return window) during that time I charged it 3 times. One of those being the initial time it arrived. I almost made the decision to keep it but last minute made the choice to try one more ring and ended up going with that instead. Now into the cons. Which for me, the biggest 2 were the main reasons I chose to return it. I could have lived with all the other cons. 1. The app was terrible. It crashed all the time. The settings were terrible. Little functionality. Limited options viewable as for as ring features. Checking sleep score, HR, pulse ox, etc. 2. The preset time frame for monitoring sleeping. It only allows you to track or monitor sleep from 9p-9a. I couldn't find this information anywhere in the description, manual, etc. I work night shifts 75% of the time which means I sleep during the day. So I cannot track my sleep cycles. Which was my purpose for a smart ring. I do have a smart watch I typically use..however, I don't like how bulky it is while I sleep. This was my main purpose in switching to another ring. You also cannot view any sleep details in the app. It only shows you how long you in each sleep cycle. This was another huge con in both of my first 2 cons. 3. It doesn't check pulse ox on its on. You have to manually check it. Not a huge deal but again, not advertised. 4. You cant adjust how often the HR is monitored. It's automatically set for every 15 minutes. You cant view details on the app. Only the most previous HR. Again, not a huge issue but I do like to see changes during sleep cycles. 5. It doesnt track stress levels like advertised. For me, not a huge issue as I mostly wanted it for sleep but might be a bigger issue for someone who wants smart watch like an oura.

Good hardware, Mediocre software. Unapologetically Overly Detailed review from Android user.
OVERLY DETAILED REVIEW BELOW. ANDROID USER (iPhone users may have a drastically different experience depending on how different their app versions are!) SUMMARY: I bought several competing versions at similar (very low*) price points, and compared their data to higher-end devices worn simultaneously. This one seemed to be the best of the bunch, but still falls short (though I mostly think this is a software problem). If there were a robust open-source firmware/community for this, this would be an amazing product. It's just held back by lackluster software. IMO, this fills the niche of "test out if a smart ring is 'right for you' " before spending serious money on a high-end one, provided you're evaluating the hardware platform and not the accompanying software. *Price on this has gone up 30% since I purchased 3 weeks ago. HARDWARE: 4 / 5 Exterior textured finish is nice. Doesn't have a cheap plastic feel to it, has a decent weight / heft, and seems like it would stand up to minor abuse / the rigors of daily life. Sizing seemed true in comparison to other rings of the same numbered size. Interior is as smooth as can be expected (unlike some alternatives that felt like they had uncomfortable "chips" inside that felt "scratchy"); the "charging bump" is minor and mostly forgettable. Wore in the shower, and it didn't die from interacting with water. Battery life is phenomenal, even with HR tracking turns up to max (every 15 minutes) - though I never tried the exercise function via the app, which could potentially cause more drain. I think I got 9 days the first cycle, and I think it might go even longer. HR sensor and accelerometer (step tracking and the gimmicky "short video control feature" for testing) seem to function fine and be fairly accurate; some tuning software-side could probably help, but no apparent issue as far as hardware is concerned. The light from the HR sensor is visible when it is actively checking heart rate, even though the light is pointing at your finger; there is enough bleed (and possibly clear epoxy-like buffer layer) out the side of the ring that I noticed this quite often. if someone sees that they will know it's a smart ring, but otherwise it's not obvious at all. The battery case functions fine; charges multiple times over (I also used it to charge competitors' models that didn't have a battery case). Preferable to using the funky proprietary cable. The case's magnet seems to be a good balanced strength (not too strong, not too weak). The lid design is a fun fidget-toy. SOFTWARE 2 / 5 Immediately updated firmware. Reviewed version V144. Using an Android phone; iPhone users may have a drastically different experience depending on how different their app versions are! Overall the software is a fairly disappointing experience. It feels... nascent. If they continue to update it and grow it, it could get good... but I have my doubts (as it appears to that several vendors have reskins of very similar software, so they're probably not doing much actual in-house development). The gimmicky "Short video control" feature (which I used for testing accelerometer responsiveness) actually worked fairly well, surprisingly. The future of gesture-control via smart rings is exciting, but certainly not here yet. As it stands, it is extremely limited. Perhaps someone who doom-scrolls a platform that it functions well with could get some use out of this (but that's not me). This feature would be considerably more useful for minimal additional development effort if they added settings for what "keybind" the gesture emulates (swipe down, swipe right, etc). I didn't test the "Remote selfie" feature, as it was prompting for permission to take pictures and record video; I would expect them to simply bind a "key" to a gesture so you could use the native camera app, rather than whatever they're trying to do. Maybe it's some sort of wrapper for the native app, but I'm not bothering with this as I have no use for it. Perhaps someone who uses tripods and take a lot of pictures might care, but that's not me. The Step tracking and distance calculation seems to be okay, at first. Some inaccuracy, but well within expected margins when comparing to better devices worn/tracking simultaneously... At least while walking on the treadmill. Unfortunately it seems to also be logging a lot of excess steps when I'm not active, which renders the data a bit useless. This is the sort of thing I assume is bad software algorithms for defining steps, rather than a faulty of the sensor(s). The HR tracking seem to be okay. Some inaccuracy, but at a brief glance it seems to be within expected margins when comparing to better devices worn/tracking simultaneously. I haven't done as much accuracy comparison of this as I did with steps, given that it doesn't do it continuously so didn't meet my needs anyway. I would much prefer continuous HR tracking (like my smartwatch), which I figured wasn't a realistic expectation given the small form factor. However the battery life is so good, that I'd gladly trade some of that for more frequent polling. Unfortunately the software doesn't allow you to set a polling rate more frequently than every 15 minutes. Overall this might suffice as a backup HR tracking device, or if you don't need fine detail. Maybe every 15 minutes is "fine" for most people, and I've just been spoiled by continuous readings from my watch (which I want due to medical issues, but your average person may not). It doesn't seem to sync on its own, I have to open the app and prompt it to sync. This makes the (annoyingly persistent) notification showing steps constantly outdated (even showing steps from previous days), and diminishes the ability to do any sort of real-time goal-tracking unless you're constantly in the app. I'm not sure how much on-board memory it has for storing data, so not sure often you would have to sync (how long it would take to overflow capacity and lose data). Also not sure if it has persistent storage (i.e. if I lose stored data when the battery dies). I suppose that's not a big problem if you're frequently referencing the App, but doesn't work well for a "set and forget" use-case. At least this one seems to start syncing on its own when you open the app (unlike some others that I tested which seemed to fail at this, and require pressing the manual sync button). The exercise function has to be prompted from the app, it doesn't do any sort of autodetect. This was specified in the product description, so I'm not holding that against it... but I'm pretty sure it mostly just uses the sensors (and GPS) from your phone rather than the ring doing much outside of heart rate and step tracking. If you only care about adding a small HR tracker to your exercise sessions rather than throughout the day, this ring might work well for you if you don't mind using your phone too (assuming it does more frequent polling in exercise mode than "normal"... I didn't test this). The sleep tracking/detection only "functions" during a certain hard-coded time window (which doesn't accommodate my non-24hr circadian rhythm, working nights, or many other common scenarios). And "functions" is giving it too much credit; even then it is wildly inaccurate. It often doesn't detect sleep, or detects sleep when there is none. Just looking at the last 3 days, I see a 5hr period where it shows me awake, bookended by two short sleep periods (but I was asleep during that whole time). It only displays/tracks rounded to 15 minutes. All that said, the sleep tracking is actually still far better on this one than the competitors I tried... Not that that's saying much, as those barely ever detected anything! I believe the "Blood Oxygen" tracking is only from manual-prompting within the app, no periodic polling options. The user interface is... passable. Graphs look okay, you get some basic Day/Week/Month views and statistics for each metrics. However it seems a bit bare-minimum-effort. You can't jump to dates, scrolling feels a bit awkward, you can't adjust scale (i.e. be in week view, scroll back two weeks, can't click a day to go into day view for that day... have to go to day view and then scroll back ~14 days) You can't adjust zoom or even flip to landscape mode for the digital manual contained in the app, so the tiny text is unreadable even on my huge phone. The physical manual also has tiny text; I used a magnifier. Yes, I RTFM :-) I didn't test the "share" feature, but it's very limited to very few social media platforms (which I don't use). There is no third-party app integration. If one could output the data to a more robust Health platform (Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc), this would be a much more usable product; I like the hardware platform, and want the sensor data collected and sent to better software. CONCLUSION If I had time/energy to look into custom firmware to get direct access to the sensors, this is the ring I would keep as a hardware platform (wouldn't custom gesture control be fun?!). As things stand, the software leaves enough wanting that I'll have to return it. I think this would probably make a decent entry-level BASIC low-detail HR tracker, and very ROUGH step tracker, but that's about it. If they added third-party app integration so one could output the data to a more robust Health platform (Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc), this would be a much more usable product; I like the hardware platform, and want the sensor data collected and sent to better software. IMO, this fills the niche of "test out if a smart ring is 'right for you' " before spending money on a high-end one, provided you're evaluating the hardware platform and not the accompanying software.

Far better than more expensive ones
Step count, heart rate, O2 sensor, & sleep patterns ALL work great with no monthly fee! Awesome ring and app. Highly recommend. Used Oura ring with monthly fee for 7 months. This is a far superior ring. Update. Had it for 9 weeks now. Still more accurate than the Oura. Step count accurate unless I am riding my lawn mower, then it over counts. Battery last for well over a week, only takes 30 minutes to charge. Still 5 stars! I am in construction and the black finish is wearing off from my abusive work with my hands, but even that looks realy cool.

Useless
The product is fine, looks like good quality but the app you have to connect to renders the product useless. Look it up in your app store Jring. The app has 2.5 stars and doesn't let you make an account to be able and doesn't connect to the ring. Therefore I cannot monitor anything. I am using an android.
