What a blast!
Delivered to my home fast. Put it to work as soon as I received it and my workout was a bomb going off. I was becoming stale but this solved that. FANTASTIC!!!

Good Beat!
I use it to teach Tabata-style classes and for my own battle rope workout. The music is pretty good and I love the fast beat. I love that I don't have to keep my eye on the timer the whole time. The count-down and the whistle are just loud enough. I use it so often that I have also ordered Volume 2. Can't wait to get it!

waiting for more Tabata CDs to choose from
I absolutely love the countdown timer which makes it so much easier for an instructor than having to watch a stop watch!! There could be a better song selection. It's a little pricy too, but most workout CDs are.

This is my favorite Volume. It's very energized and it makes you work harder. I recommend this one to everybody. One question do you have aTabata that requires 4 Reps like you have your 8 Reps?

Great water workout music for interval training.
